The LJ question of the day is "what is the best compliment anyone has ever given you?"

Mine, oddly enough, was from evil x-stepdad Jud. I was spinning in circles in a patch of sunshine from a skylight, and he looked down from the loft of the apartment...I guess I was 18?

He shook his head with a smile and said, "Just a happy child".

That's all I ever really want to be, I think. I'm almost back.
