I realized the other day that I didn't take ANY pictures at all during September, except for those crappy cameraphone pics on the 29th. A person cannot let a whole month go by unphotographed where there are babies involved. They will never look like that again!

He found a snail.

Doesn't he look like a little redneck in training? (shudder) Someone gave us that thing when Annie was a baby, and it still runs even though we don't even bother to keep it out of the rain.

How can he look that innocent, when there are breadcrumbs all over my bed, bacos in the toilet and unwrapped bouillion cubes scattered around the hallway? HOW?! *those things are actually now cleaned up, but earlier they happened one after the other.

See, everyone can see here that he's actually NOT as big as Isaac...yet.

These overalls were my favorite outfit on Aaron, and Isaac, too. I had to replace the buttons on the straps this morning. They scream, "Huck Fin" to me.

This spot really gets me. It KILLS ME. The little dark curls at the nape of neck like that, is what I pictured when I first heard I was pregnant for the first time. That's what all MY baby pictures look like ;)

Annie looks like her dad in those pictures.

Date: 2006-10-02 08:59 pm (UTC)Isaac...he just experiences the world with a higher stress level than the rest of us. It's
a huge pain in the assintense. It is cute, though. I should make a retrospective "Isaac's dismay through the ages" post. And Jake, I seriously just lay awake propped up on one elbow watching him sleep sometimes...I feel like I'll miss it, if I go to sleep. I wake him up squeezing sometimes.

Date: 2006-10-02 09:03 pm (UTC)He's been waking up shrieking as if he's in pain, which is highly unusual and I couldn't figure out what the problem is. I looked in his mouth last night and by feeling of swollen gums and sharp edges I realized it's...molars. MOLARS. I don't know if you realize this, not having kids, but molars are supposed to be the last teeth your kid gets - when they're TWO.
