We've wanted L-shaped loft beds for Ananda and Aaron's room forever, but they're sooooo expensive that it just wasn't practical or wasn't possible, depending on the time. Their room is pretty small for two kids their age, but they wanted that room because it has his and her closets and french doors that lead out to the deck, so obviously it's so much cooler than the enormous, featureless room the little kids share :p The closets take up a whole wall, though, and then the interior and french doors take up half each of two more, so there are not a lot of places for beds. Anyway, yeah, loft beds could have a desk and a dresser and things under the beds, but the ones I've looked at have always ranged from $1400-3500, and that's without mattresses and often not even including a ladder or railing. BUT LOOK WHAT I FOUND ON CRAIGSLIST TODAY!!!

$225, baby. Aww, yeah. Two-hundred-twenty-five-dollars.

I've looked before and never seen them used. Bunk beds galore, and that is actually what I was searching for when I found these.
