I have to admit, having been friends with mostly "Drama" and "Choir" kids in High School when Le Mis first came out, I was so burned out on it as a play by the late 80s that when I saw the ads for the movie my eye started twitching. I'm not surprised by your review, because even in my recollections, all my recollections are from the beginning of the play and my memories of the rest of it are muddled... and I saw it/heard it/heard about it... A LOT (toooo much *twitch twitch*). LOL
Any moment now, I expect a release of Miss Saigon.
