Thank you for this. I do see constant and constistent improvement in her speech, very high comprehension, and she is very effective at communicating, and those are the things that keep me from panicking about it.

However (I don't know how much history you have here) Elise's brain's "speech center" was basically destroyed before and after birth...and so it's hard to just not think of that at all, you know? All her communication milestones have been on point or advanced, UNTIL now, so while I am not really worried to death or anything...I think about it, I guess.
