On Oprah they suggested eating eggs for breakfast, and so I started doing that and it has made a huge difference. I'm really not hungry again until lunch time, and it seems to help me throughout the whole day. Also, on Oprah they said that turkey bacon was no better then normal bacon calorie and fat wise. They said it was actually worse because it had more salt to make it taste like bacon. Oprah was shocked since she has been eating turkey bacon all this time. Not that I worship Oprah or anything, which this comment is starting to sound like, I was just interested in this particular epidsode since I want to try to lose weight.
