"scrambled fetus" "poached fetus on rye toast" "Ma'am, what would you like to drink with your fetus today?" "Can I have a sunny-side-up fetus on the side, please? And hold the bacon."
Okay fine, maybe "embryo" would be more accurate, but I like it my way.
