(no subject)

I got so much done today, here - house is clean, dinner was awesome, kids are educated, art is hung on new art displaying system (fancy way of saying yarn strung between nails and some clothes pins, in the hallway).

But I feel like I got so little done because I didn't really make any kind of Usborne stuff happen and I'm near panic about writing because my laptop isn't working since this most recent time it got water spilled in the keyboard (I'm looking at you, Elise).

Overall I have to sleep tonight. Sleep a lot. So that I be awake and productive tomorrow.

Our money situation is beyond screwed, it is so freaking bad. We have a lot of reasons to think things will be radically improved in like 2 months but in the meantime how to get through right now is grim and terrible (so many medical/dental bills O_O have sucked us dry, and past dry, and are still coming, right in between going to NY and Grant having to pay for certification testing that his job will them reimburse him for). Grant thinks we could probably fix all our problems by putting a sign in the front yard - "Petting Zoo, $2" He might be on to something.
