Update and Tina's Birthday
Oct. 24th, 2007 10:09 amTina is doing pretty good. She is still in the ICU so they can keep an eye on her, but she has gotten up and walked around her room a bit already.
Today is Tina's 26th birthday. One of the many reasons this totally sucks is they won't even let the kids go in to see her because of all the germs in the ICU. 12 years old and over only. The nurse made an exception and we snuck Annie in to see her yesterday, but I imagine it'd be a lot harder to work that with five kids. :(
So, I had a good idea. I want to make a giant birthday card with messages from everyone I can get. If anyone wants to send Tina a birthday message, comment on this entry and I will print it and put it on the card. Yes, even you lurkers. :) I'll be taking it to her late tonight.
By the way, this little girl is doing great:
