I just watched a CNN report about how people have NO IDEA how bad eating out is for them. It was talking about how although all packaged foods legally have to display full nutritional information, restaurants don't, and it is freaking TERRIBLE. Like, ok, one of the restaurants they talked about was Ruby Tuesday. If you walk in there and buy their colossal burger, it has 1,940 calories and 141 grams of fat. It's seriously MORE calories and fat than going to McDonalds and having 5 Quarter Pounders. Likewise their chicken and brocoli pasta, which to me SOUNDS pretty damned innocent, has got 2,060 calories - over a FULL DAYS RECCOMENDED AMOUNT OF CALORIES - and 128 grams of fat, almost all of them saturated. You would get less saturated fat and less calories from eating TWO sirloin steaks with buttered baked potatoes. Apparently these are very typical numbers for most restaurants.

Grant if you see this, I know you're all freaked that you're gaining weight. After watching the videos at CNN.com I'm sure a huge part of your small problem is just eating out for lunch regularly. From what I saw it would actually be a huge reduction if you were to just eat fast food, although of course taking healthy stuff to begin with would be the best option.
