And I feel good about really completing them. It's nice to have a plan, and a time-line. It makes me feel like there is structure in my life and purpose in what I'm doing.

This Summer I Will...

Homeschool
-Complete most to all of the big "Comprehensive Curriculum" workbooks I picked up the other evening, with Ananda and Aaron
-Do a study of Native Americans with an emphasis on Florida's tribes, centering on the two books we have but branching out into at least one art project and one online search for "Something more". At least consider a field trip.
-Reading practice with Ananda, with the little Starfall books and the two beginning readers I just got them
-Continue going through that biology book with Aaron

Personal
-Start running, and get to where it's a fitness habit. This is a big deal for me that will probably start with running a block at a time.
-Persue chiropractic care and stretching
-Go to Mass at least once or twice, and attend an ENTIRE Liturgy (I've realized I was confused and left in the middle when I went before).
-Finish Cracked

Other
-Have my brother here a lot and be a positive influence on him in as many ways possible (he arrived last night)
-Begin to be serious about this anti-c/s stuff...
*get my medical records from the hospitals and OB office
*talk to Shari about lawyers she might know and medical laws
*make lists of possible malpractice and damages done

Within the personal specter there, with finishing Cracked...my writing goals are to finish Cracked this summer, finish my collection of childrens' stories by the end of next summer, and then have somewhere to go from there - either a fictional idea I have, or editorial stuff to submit. I might find myself writing articles to sumbit about this c/s and vbac stuff, after the summer, too, I'm not sure yet. But I want to be writing again. I want to be MAKING MONEY from writing at some point in the next few years.

For the rest of today it's shopping and cleaning. This holiday weekend has been hell on the house, Mindy and Greg were here with their collective 5 kids, and my brother, and all of us and Grant Sr all day today, tracking in and out of the baby pool and slip n slide and barbecuing and so on. It was nice to put Annie in a single stroller and go for a quiet walk with her, late this afternoon.
