i am reading my book from the beginning, because i've been writing, you know, but i haven't read the beginning for a long time, and i am so damn embarassed, it's so absurdly ....innocent? retarded? naive? childish? cliche? i used the word "ardent"! aaaahh!! it's like the whole time i'm reading i'm pulling at my hair and screeching, unable to believe i've revealed all this, dear god...how did i gather the...uh... gumption? gall? eek. that's all, just eek.

that said, i do think it is a readable and engaging thing...just...eek.
