I've used the Leslie Sansone walk at home videos. We've gotten DVDs from Netflix and done some that are on YouTube. It helps cut down on my excuses: too hot, too cold, raining=air conditioned living room; don't feel like getting dressed=just put your shoes on; don't have enough time=some are only 5 minutes, most can be broken down into 15 minute segments (I can do them on a break in my office).
