If you are still thinking you have RA, please, please treat your joints gently. Jogging/running is about the worst thing you can do with RA or other joint-related autoimmune diseases, but especially RA since it actually damages the lining of your joints. If you are having a flare of symptoms, switch to walking until you're better, or try to find an exercise bike to cycle. I speak from experience - I did permanent damage to my shoulder doing Jillian Michaels workouts, and then did damage to my knee and hip jogging because I insisted on "pushing through" my RA symptoms without realizing how badly I could injure myself on my unstable joints. I really do highly recommend cycling - it's the only exercise I've been able to do safely and consistently whether or not I'm mid-flare. Good luck!
