Rape is definitely a different issue. I was just pointing out that the same criteria used to define rape can be used here. If you drug a girl and then have sex with her, without her consent, you have raped her. If you drug someone and stick your fingers inside her, look at and study her genitalia, without her consent...well, seems pretty dang obvious to me that it is a sexual assault whether or not anyone is getting sexual gratification out of it.
