I think you should start from the beginning with him... Flash cards, Dr. Suess Books, how much each coin is worth... switch him back to Atari... Give him a star sticker when he does something good, like take a shower.

Drop him off at Farm Share... mandatory volunteering... Let him join the army or the national guard, he can play with real guns... I think they even use knives too...
