I am going to suggest, gently, that perhaps this chest pain/shortness of breath, ect is stress. I promise I am not belittling your pain at all. I went to the doc not too long ago- certain I was going to have a heart attack because it felt like someone stabbed my heart. It was severe stress.

I agree about Sarah Palin. I haven't loathed a candidate the way I loathe her.
