Your mashed potato recipe was very timely for me. I was just thinking... "Can I make mashed potatoes with red potatoes or do they lack starchiness"

And I will try the chili lime butter. I always add cajun seasoning to my corn on top of the butter...but just adding it to the butter with the lime seems totally workable and way yummy.
